Registration

Dear friends,

We invite you to have a close look to the information below so that you can select the most appropriate conditions for you. If you need more information – do not hesitate to contact us!

This year’s conference will be held at the venue of the National Training Center of the Bulgarian Red Cross, located in the beautiful pine forest of Lozen Mountain, 20-30 minutes from the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia.

There are three types of accommodation options:

1. The National Training Center of the Bulgarian Red Cross has a bed capacity of 120 beds in double, triple and quadruple rooms. They will be saved in order of registration and payment.

2. The venue also has tent area, so the second option is sleeping in a tent.

3. The third accommodation option is a hotel, located 15-minute drive from the conference location.

The prices below for all three accommodation options include full access to the conference and food – three meals a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Prices are for six nights – from August 2nd to 8th.

Food

In terms of food, please indicate your preference – meat or meatless.

Dinner is included for August 2nd and breakfast is included for August 8th.

Please email us if you arrive early on August 2nd and wish to have lunch on August 2nd as well.

Tent at the conference venue – € 250

Bed in a room in hotel outside conference venue – € 350

For EUDEC members – after May 1st

Bed in a room in the conference venue – € 330

Tent at the conference venue – € 290

For not members of EUDEC – Early enrolment – before May 1st

Bed in a room in the conference venue – € 336

Tent at the conference venue – € 300

For not members of EUDEC – after May 1st

Children

1. Children under 5 years old (without extra bed in room) – free of charge

2. Children from 5 to 14 years old – 35% discount from the price

3. Over 14 years old – regular ticket
